Bar, Virginia Bar Association.
Experience: After graduating from
college and majoring in economics, Mr. Owen attended law school
with a strong interest in estate planning and business practice.
During law school, Mr. Owen worked as an intern in the Commercial
section of the Office of the Attorney General of Virginia and as a
law clerk in a boutique tax and litigation firm in Richmond,
Virginia. Through these experiences he was exposed to a wide range
of practice areas, including estates & trusts, real estate,
corporate and tax. He is honored to join the team at PKC,
where, in addition to traditional estate
planning, both simple and complex, he will specialize in business
succession planning and asset valuation strategies which reduce
estate tax exposure.
