After receiving
his juris doctor in 1975 from
Wake
Forest
University School of Law, Craig A. Kawamoto returned to Northern
Virginia. Craig grew up in Northern Virginia, graduated from
Robert E. Lee High School in Springfield, took his B.A. degree
from the University of Virginia and then unto Wake Forest for his
J.D.
Mr. Kawamoto
started in the practice of law with a general practice firm in
Falls Church, Virginia. He was engaged in all facets of a general
practice, but became particularly interested in real property
law. His firm represented several residential developers and had
an active settlement/closing practice. After honing his skills
with that firm, Craig departed to set up his own practice. After
a five-year stint as a solo practitioner, Craig merged his
practice with another firm in Falls Church, where he remained a
partner for fifteen years. Craig’s practice as it is today
emphasizes residential and commercial real estate transactions and
lender representations. Mr. Kawamoto merged his practice with Ms.
Pesner’s firm on January 1, 2000.
Craig and his
wife, Cindy, have two college age Children.
